Our Impact – Lancaster Rotary

“Service Above Self.” That is the Rotary Creed for over 35,000 clubs nationwide, and it’s the motivation behind all we do as the Rotary Club of Lancaster. Rotarians are deeply involved in the community in order to enhance the lives and well-beings of all ages, races, genders, and socio-economic levels in the County. The hope is that our efforts will result in positive changes and impacts throughout our community and our world that will last for decades to come.

Power Packs provides weekend food and nutritional information to families within the School District of Lancaster who are food insecure when the school’s lunch program is not available to them.

Preserve Planet Earth

Recognizing the need to address the growing environmental crisis, Rotary International launched its Preserve Planet Earth focus in 1990. This initiative underscored the commitment already evident in a wide range of Rotary Club projects.
