It is a privilege to welcome you to the Rotary Club of Lancaster, a group of 100 dedicated individuals who live by the principle of Service Above Self. For over a century, this club has been a driving force for good—strengthening Lancaster, supporting humanitarian efforts worldwide, and fostering a spirit of service that transcends generations. I am deeply humbled to step into this role, knowing the legacy of leadership that has come before me.

This club has never been just about projects or initiatives. Yes, we’ve tackled big challenges—supporting local youth programs, funding global humanitarian efforts, stepping up wherever there is need. But just as important are the relationships we build along the way. Rotarians participate in conversations that spark new ideas, mentorships that inspire the next generation, and quiet moments of connection that remind us why we do this work.

As we look ahead, I invite each of you to help write the next chapter of this club’s history. Bring your ideas, your energy, your passion. Whether you’ve been a Rotarian for decades or are just beginning to explore what this organization is all about, know that there is a place for you here.
